These terms apply to QuizBall: the website quiz-ball.com and the QuizBall Android app ("QuizBall"). QuizBall is run by Hammad Karamat Dar, trading as Karamatics, Lahore, Pakistan ("we"). By using QuizBall you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use QuizBall.
Who can use QuizBall
QuizBall is for players of all ages. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please use QuizBall with your parent's or guardian's permission. Players under 18 can play fully as guests, in the app and on the website, but can't create an account or receive notifications; see our privacy policy.
The service
QuizBall is a free trivia game. The Android app doesn't show ads; the website may show ads to help keep it free. You can play without an account. Signing in (18 and older; with Google in the app, Google or Facebook on the website) is optional and lets you save your scores. We may change, add or remove quizzes and features at any time.
Ads
The Android app doesn't show ads. The website may show ads from Google, as described in our privacy policy. We don't control the content of individual ads; if you see one that seems inappropriate, tell us at privacy@quiz-ball.com.
Your account
- You sign in through Google or Facebook, so keeping that account secure is your responsibility.
- One person, one account. Don't sign in as someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile, on the website or in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Fair play
Please don't:
- cheat, automate answers, or tamper with scores;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to QuizBall or other people's accounts;
- reverse-engineer or modify the app, except where the law allows it;
- use QuizBall for anything unlawful.
Content and trademarks
The quizzes, questions, artwork and design of QuizBall belong to us. You're welcome to play and share links, but please don't copy or republish the question sets. We work hard to keep questions accurate, but trivia can be wrong or go out of date. If you spot a mistake, tell us at privacy@quiz-ball.com.
QuizBall is an independent trivia game. It isn't an official product of, or approved by or associated with, Mojang, Microsoft, Roblox Corporation, Formula One, the Olympic movement or any other organisation, club, league, game or brand named in a quiz. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what a quiz is about.
No warranty
QuizBall is provided "as is", for entertainment. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and scores may occasionally be lost.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using QuizBall. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Privacy
How we handle your data, including how we protect children and teenagers, is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app or on the website; continuing to use QuizBall after a change means you accept it.
